  • Order Acceptance: Our acceptance of your order will occur when we dispatch the products to you, at which point a contract will come into existence between you and us. We will send you a dispatch confirmation email.

9.4. Exceptions

The right to cancel does not apply to:

  • Sealed goods that were unsealed after delivery and are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons.

10. Shipping and Delivery

We offer various shipping and delivery options. Shipping charges are at cost of £5. If your order is more than £40 the delivery will be free. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. All products are subject to availability. In the event that a product is out of stock after you have placed an order, we will inform you as soon as possible and refund any payment taken.

 

12. Returns

Refunds will be processed using the original payment method. Please allow up to 14 working days for refunds to be processed.
